We’ve also provided information on our warranty, and access to our user-friendly, online warranty-service request system.

At A-1 Home Builders Inc., our warranty is our promise to deliver the quality and responsiveness you expect. We are accountable to you and your satisfaction is our top priority.

We offer a one-year warranty on the major systems of your new home. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your home performance, we want to hear about it. Our continued improvement is dependent on your feedback.
While our homes are built to the highest quality standards, we recognize that occasionally repairs are needed within the warranty period. Our job is to make sure the covered services are delivered promptly and to your complete satisfaction.
